Howdy ho everybody! My last week of school's been legendary so far. Was in school for an hour on Monday, left a couple of hours too early on Tuesday, spent the first half of Wednesday being punished for Tuesday's boo- boo, and then posed for a few class pictures today.

I'm almost finished with Tuesdays with Morrie. The book fills my heart! Morrie reminds me of a dying owl. Dying..... And, so wise. If you haven't already read it, you should.

Today, Velda shared her Blueberry Morning cereal with me at Physics class. Since it was going to be our last lesson sitting side by side, I thought I'd make small talk with her. I ignore her three quarters of the time. (Ahaha!) She's always "Justine, if sodium hydroxide reacts with bla bla bla, (a bunch of technical stuff)......" Most of the time, I haven't got even the slightest clue to what she's saying.

Today's casual conversation went something like,
J: "Hey Velda! How come you don't have your cereal with milk?"
V: "You mean it's nice with milk?"
J: *GASP!*
V: ???????
J: *GASP!* some more

Yea, I almost died. I have been gasping a lot. I should stop gasping. Especially over the internet. I am even starting to gasp at the wrong times. What a bad habit. What is the more normal way to express extreme shock?

Anyway, I ended up calling her an alien, which made her not want to share her cereal with me anymore. Then, I asked her about her boyfriends and stuff. I called her 'Velda Da Playa' for a bit, after she told me that she's never been in a relationship that's lasted for at least a year. Which I think annoyed her. (I never have decent conversations with anybody....... )

I hung out at Lisa's place after school, to alter some of her clothes. She hardly ever buys the right size of clothing for herself. After pricking myself with a needle 6 times in half an hour, I decided to workout on her treadmill instead.

I felt like a hamster, because everyone was watching me run. (Just like how some people watch their own hamsters run on the hamster wheel.) That's everyone, including her housekeeper and 'rather attractive 2 years older than me' older brother, David. It made me feel very self- conscious. According to David, never in our 16 years of friendship, has he seen me run. He described it as 'surreal'.

Haha. I just IM- ed him the URL to a website with tonnes of videos of people, whom you might have previously thought couldn't run, actually running.

Oh!!!! I've been drooling quite a lot, lately. I'd just be sitting somewhere watching the world go by/waiting for my bus, and then suddenly, I'd feel drool on my arm. So strange. I think it's stress related, or something.
