anon- Hola! Ok, so like basically, I just don't eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. I only have half a bowl of tomato soup at around half past 11 in the night, do a couple of crunches and then fall asleep on the cold, hard floor. It helps- Sleeping on the floor, which is cold and hard. Like... I dunno, but it burns calories like crrrrazy.
Not really. The real secret, is that I eat right for my blood type. Go on! Laugh at me, call me names, you 110 lbs of cellulite.
